Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order my chocolates?

We aim to post your order within 4 working days of you placing it (although it may be slightly longer during busy periods). We use 24 hour tracked postage so ordering a week in advance of when you need them should be sufficient.

How long will my chocolates last?

Each of our boxes has a ‘best before’ on the outside packaging so make sure to check this as it may vary. This date will be about 6 weeks after production.

Can I order in hot weather?

Yes, we continue to take orders throughout the summer months. We use cool packs to try and keep your chocolates as cold as possible while in transit. If the weather is very hot, we may delay shipping by a few days until it gets cooler. If you have any questions please do get in touch.

How should I store my chocolates?

You should store your chocolates in the box; in a dark cool place (between 15-18°C) where possible.

Our chocolates can also be stored in the fridge during hot weather, although this may alter the appearance by creating a white ‘bloom’ on the surface and dulling their shine.

Where can I find allergy information?

The ingredients of all of our bonbons are listed on the back of our packaging but you can see a specified list here. There is also a menu card included in each box which has a key, indicating which flavours include NUTS, DAIRY, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL. Please note that all of our chocolates contain SOYA. Although we keep all of our ingredients and flavours separate, all of our chocolates are made in the same kitchen so may contain traces of allergens. If you have any questions about allergens then please do get in contact with us via email.

What should I do if my chocolates haven’t arrived?

Although we work hard to ensure your orders arrive on time, accidents do sometimes happen. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of you receiving your fulfilment email, please get in touch with us via email. We use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked post for all of our orders so they should arrive 1-3 days after being posted.

At particularly busy times, such as Christmas and Easter, deliveries might take longer than usual but we strive to keep our customers updated at all times.

What should I do if my chocolates arrive damaged?

Although we package our boxes with great care, they can sometimes get damaged in transit. We post all orders using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked so they are in the postal system for as little time as possible. If your order still arrives damaged, please contact us via email and include a photo of the damage.

Why do my chocolates look different from the photo?

Each of our chocolates are a little work of art and they are all decorated by hand, so no two chocolates will ever be the same.
