Family Tradition

What began as a family tradition of sending Christmas chocolates to family and friends, is now a fully fledged business with all the trimmings. We offer bespoke services such as wedding favours and corporate gifts, alongside our Collections. We use sustainable ingredients and techniques to develop our chocolate creations so you can enjoy every aspect of our work. All of our chocolates are tempered to 29°C, hence the name…

We hope you enjoy eating our chocolates, as much as we enjoy making them.

We’ve come a long way since the 90s!)

Our Products

Each of our chocolates is unique, as they are hand-crafted by our dedicated team. This means that the decoration will vary from chocolate to chocolate but the flavour definitely won’t. Flavour is at the heart of what we do and our team works constantly to develop and perfect new, exciting flavours.

We believe that using the best produce provides amazing flavour and therefore we carefully select the best local products available to us. As for our chocolate, we use the best Belgian chocolate available, Callebaut. They’ve been making chocolate for over 100 years so we’re confident they know what they’re talking about!

We have two collections; Aromatic and Club, which are each a combination of some of our 20 signature flavours.

Two Collections

We have two collections; Club and Aromatic, which are each a combination of some of our 20 signature flavours.

Club

The Club Collection is full of dark, rich flavours and also contains all of our alcoholic bonbons. They’re the perfect after dinner treat for anyone who likes a wee tipple.

Aromatic

The Aromatic Collection is full of lighter, fruitier flavours. All of these flavours are alcohol free so are perfect as a gift for someone younger, or as a daytime treat as well. Not only do they look amazing, they taste it too.

Sustainability

At 29°, being sustainable is one of our main priorities, second only to making delicious chocolates. We work hard to limit waste, by:

Our Recycling

Recycling packaging that is sent to us in orders from our suppliers (e.g. bubble wrap or packing paper) are reused to make sure your chocolates arrive safely.

Making sure our packaging is reusable and recyclable (may vary depending on your local area).

All of our packaging is removable so our boxes can be reused as well as recycled! (We’ve found they make excellent jewellery boxes).

Our Working Process

As we are small-batch, we can control how much energy and water we use and make sure that nothing goes to waste. This means no big machinery as most of our work is done by hand.

Developing our recipes and controlling the water activity levels to ensure as long a shelf life as possible (using only science and natural ingredients, no horrible preservatives).

We do not use palm oil in any of our products.

As well as the work we do to ensure we are as sustainable as possible, we also ensure that we only work with suppliers who we trust to do the same. All of the chocolate we use is Callebaut chocolate and not only is their chocolate delicious; they are also behind the Cocoa Horizons Foundation. This foundation works to support and empower cocoa farmers around the world. They source 100% sustainable cocoa for their chocolate as well as supporting female farmers and working to eradicate child labour.
